Dr. David Dilley

90% of our work supports production

We use and develop the latest techniques to diagnose process deficiencies, troubleshoot machine vibrations problems, and determine tool and machine design issues. Often practiced “shoot from the hip” methods are time consuming and costly, which is why we are data-driven with physics-based problem solving.

Background

Dr. Dilley was a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer for 5 years at GM Powertrain before being awarded a Boeing Fellowship to research metal-cutting vibrations and drilling dynamics. He has a BSME from the University of Missouri-Columbia, MS Engineering Management from RPI, and a MSME and D.Sc. from Washington University in St. Louis.  Awards include SME Outstanding Young Engineer and Dr. David Stephenson's Upper Decker Achievement.
